Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the scope of the delivery service selected, unless the goods are out of stock. If your chosen item is not in stock and we are not in a position to be able to despatch within 48 hours we will email you and give you the option of alternative goods.
If you have ordered more than one item we may delivery your order separately, in which case you will be informed via email on the despatch of the first part of your order. No extra charge will be made to your order if we choose to part ship your order.
All of the delivery services offered require you to be at the address in order to sign for your consignment. Royal Mail orders can be tracked at any time by going to www.royalmail.com website on the track and trace option and entering your consignment number in the box provided (you will receive your consignment number via email as soon as your order is despatched).
Returns
When buying online from us we want to be sure your 100% happy with your purchase, so that’s why we offer a 14 Day money back guarantee on any products you buy from us. For any products purchased they must be in immaculate order and in its original packaging.
We will not accept any responsibility for any goods we have not signed to say we have received so please ensure you send your returns back to us by registered post, any goods to be returned must be in the original packaging with seals intact to receive a refund.
You will need to pay your own postage for returning items back to us, and you will also be charged a 10% Fee to cover Handling and Re-Stocking (as we will have to sell the product off cheaper to our customers, as it is no longer a new product) we will then refund the difference back to your card.

If we send you an incorrect product, please return the item back to us and we will refund any postage charges and resend the correct item on receipt of the returned item. Your returned product must be kept in its original state and unopened.
If we send you a faulty product, please return the item back to us and we will refund any postage charges and resend the correct item on receipt of the returned item. We need to be notified within 48 hours of receiving your goods to qualify for a Replacement or Refund. Please email notifications of faulty goods to info@sap-training.co.uk.
If you are unable to sign for your item on delivery and then do not collect from the courier depot, your item will be returned to us. We can then ship this item out again to you at the cost of delivery or refund the item minus the difference for the initial delivery cost. Delivery charges are taken from the most up to date prices from the courier used.

IMPORTANT : We will only accept parcels returned to us by Royal Mail, parcels from other couriers will be rejected. Therefore we take no responsibility for parcels lost when sent by other couriers other than Royal Mail. This is due to restrictions on our PO Box service.
